A 1 1/2 Hour Drive From My House ...

I'm back from my weekend getaway with the girls, and had a blast! The above pic was taken the morning we left. I'd like to say that stopping by Lake Minnewanka was a planned event, but in actuality my girlfriend missed a turnoff and we wound up here. Those of you with a keen eye might recognize the location from the infamous "Gopher Photobomb" pics that were circulating the internet a little while ago

Anyways, like I was saying I had a great time. Jamie stayed home with Mace, and both survived the weekend so I'm pleased with that, too. Speaking of Jamie, just so you guys know what kind of guy I'm married to, here's a snippet of texting conversation we had while I was away:

Are you at home now? Is he going down well?

Jamie

I'm not sure where he is.

Me

You're an asshole.

Jamie

I seem to have misplaced him somewhere.

Jamie

I'm going to retrace my steps though.
